I grow mine on a windowsill using the baggie method. No external heat at all and get decent germination rates usually within a weeks time.

The haworthia in the second row center looks like Haworthia retusa acuminata varigata to me.

One other thing to keep in mind when treating your plants with systemics is that you really have to adhere to the treatment instructions. It's just like anitbiotics. I had a p. nelli rubra that rotted out from under me that I bought from Home Depot. The two outer leaves turned to mush overnight and I took the plant out and the roots were rotten as well. So I cut above the rot and had just the about two thirds of the new leaves and let that dry out and tried root...

That's pretty fat leaved for an aristata. More likely it is hybrid Gasteraloe with aristata as one of the parents. I'd leave it for now as it looks very happy and healthy where it is. Cat litter must be a type that does not become mushy in water, often sold as "lightweight". It is made from clay, but it is fired to it is hard and doesn't clump. Maybe someone can recommend a brand, but I don't know of any available in the US. The closest I have found in America to the T...
