Wanted: Parodia saint-pieana seeds or pollen

Howdy,

I have 1 Parodia saint-pieana and want to make seeds. I would prefer some pollen, but would be very happy with a few seeds. If you have either please contact me.

TIA,
- Jim

Re: ❀My Growing Diary❀

Congrats TPP! I used a similar bag for my Fralia seeds. Planted 10 seeds and 1 came up. :)

Adenium obesum Seed Orientation

Hi:

I'm about to plant some Adenium obesum seeds. They are long and narrow. Does anyone know if there is worthwhile vertical orientation to use for these seeds? Which end goes up? It'd be annoying if they grow upside down which I've seen before.

Jared:

Consider Escobaria missouriensis and its varities. Although it's quite small, it's very cold hardy.

Re: Aquarium propagator (with pics)

Mark, are you putting drain holes in those resealable plastic tubs you have used to germinate the seeds?

Re: Try and Name This. I do Know Its ID and I'm Cheating

Here's the cross name:

Mike owner of Snake Farm Cactus (aka graftedno1 elsewhere) says he crossed these:

Euphorbia Obesa (tall form) (female) X Bupleurifolia (male) = hybrid; It's not a mule!

Pics of parents to come.
