Gene S, what root stock are you using to graft your pups to? I have three grafted to Hylocereus? that are pupping like crazy. Tried several to Pereskiopsis that failed. They appear very dry when cutting pups.

Dave, I'm afraid I can't tell for sure. The columnars are a confusing mess to me. I have many of the so called T.pachanoi,T. bridgesii, and T. peruvianus vars.(Echinopsis) and this one appears closer to the T.peruvianus,pachanoi or a hybrid. I don't see the normal V or longitudinal line above the ae...

Beautiful plant and bloom gduggins. Iann is exactly right, as I also can attest.Lost the only one I had by watering in Winter when it looked wilted and I also had a very organic soil.Can't find any Stateside source yet for a replacement for it and the Strombocatus disciformis I lost the same way. :c...
