Update: how to use

Today i see the very efficient clip for grafting, as can you seen:

A clip, to hold stock
A fork, to hold scion

The owner didnot sell, and i cannot find them on Ebay.
Could you suggest me where to find them?

Probably Pygmaeocereus bieblii, but a better shot of the body would help.
