Re: Echinocactus - Grafted?
The stock (bottom part of the graft) looks like some species of Echinopsis or Ferocactus , which are both relatively permanent stocks (they should last very long, maybe even as long/longer than the scion (top) lives.) I wouldn't be too worried about degrafting/regrafting this soon. Just keep an eye ...

Re: Seedlings ID
Honestly reminds me of some early Ariocarpus seedlings. Matches the description you provided too - they prefer lower light earlier on in life than most seedlings I've grown, also you mentioned these have been growing since early 2020 - a Gymno would be a pretty decent size at this point. My only que...

Re: They just won't grow (except maybe some roots)
I actually start most of my seed in November-February as I have a growing setup with LEDs. It gives me something to do during the winter months in terms of plants. Also, it means seedlings will be larger and more resilient if you decide to move them outside come spring (of course, be careful not to ...

Re: Updated seed lists
ADBLPS just updated a few hours ago. They're a French source that I've bought from for years. Really good selection and price for seeds, highly recommend. Link (English version): http://www.adblps-graines-cactus.com/commander_EN.html Missing some species that commonly sell out fast (such as Pelecyph...

Re: Where do people disappear too?
I've just been busy with higher education and impending job search. Collection still growing strong, celebrating a decade of cacti growing next year!
...I still lurk around and should be more available after New Year's - I have a lot of pictures I need to edit from this year for you all.

Re: Gymno ID?
G. friedrichii 'angustostriatum' (or agua dulce, or many other names) would have switched to single spine by this size (my seedlings were growing single spines before they were even a full year old.) looks more "standard" if there is a "standard" to this species.

Re: Plant not looking well
Looks like a Sempervivum , usually these color changes are due to light... so I'd suggest more light if you want the redder color to it? It does look a little blotchy though, and I'm not fully sure. The bottom leaves make me think it's in the early stages of etiolating (not enough light), but it doe...
