Rebutia donaldiana and Rebutia hoffmannii used to be two distinctive species before the genus was decimated during recent lumping of names ...................now they are Rebutia donaldiana synonym of Rebutia fiebrigii Rebutia hoffmannii synonym of Rebutia spinosissima not sure where your seller is ...

yes its "Arizona Snowcap" with painted spines, if you look carefully you can still see a few white ones.

Interesting, the best i can come up with is Rebutia senilis v. kesselringiana
which is defined with its green buds, but it seems to be a bit sparsely spined for that

being yellow flowered it is probably lumped under marsoneri now although senilis is lumped under Rebutia minuscula.
