i should have said until the person opens it...........the software has no way of telling if they read it.

not quite it stays in the outbox until the person you sent it to reads it ........then it goes into the sent box.

the images on my pc are dated "27 February 2008" that would be when i downloaded them all to save them from photobucket.

been looking at cactus of the month ....................some images missing all the way back to the beginning even some of Johns :x i have them all backed up here..............it will take some time to restore them all though done the 15 newest tonight hob 2005 updated will do some more another day

Looking much better Daiv, i find it hard to understand how things were not backed up for 16 months though.

I back up all my important stuff to an external hard drive at the end of every month.

One small point, the search box at the top seems not to work but the advanced search does work.

another tip is to use the self timer .........lets the camera settle after pressing the shutter.

(2.1Mb -- yikes!) my camera makes files up to 5 Mb and is 4 years old, new ones can make files around the 10 Mb size and bigger :shock: my image folder on my hard drive for 2011 is 11.9 Gb and i'm going to have to delete a load or store them on my external backup drive before i run out of space :sh...
