Well see. Sorta roasted the young roots on that one, so the plant isnt doing too well( can always buy new seeds anyway)

Dont beat yourself up over it. Started this thread just to see if anyone grew it from seed, and how well did it go for them.
Im no rookie, and i know enough that some cacti bend the rules when it comes to growing, especially from seeds.

Try to cut off infected tissue as best as you can. Disinfect with alcohol and powder( cinnamon or sulfur ).

Im trying(and very likely to fail) to graft a hylocereus seedling on an opuntia humifusa pad(because i was bored).

It is possible, but... its from a hardware store. Its not that much of a common plant, nor i think itd end up in seed bag at a hardware store. I mean , think about it. its a endagered plant, the kind youd find from growers, but not in stores. On top of that, the barrel/ eriosyce variant is more comm...

Could be sunburn, but think the euphorbia and obregonia are suffering from rot.

Similar assortment, but poor-er.
I want like...i dunno, aciculata , echios,chlorotica... But those are ultra rare in europe.
The real issue, is that i cant look up cultivars like those phaeacantha, and those weird names in the old classification system.

Don't mention it... to me, some gymnocalycium baldanium turned out to monocarpic....
