Nice lens Darryl, and the shots are good, but whats with all the spines. I have a 60mm Canon Macro. A lot of good info being posted, my photos are usually over exposed now that I think about it. I use ISI 800 and push the aperture down till the shutter is 300-80 for as much depth of field possible. ...

Nice selection, there are a couple that I don't have. I really like that Hartmanthus, never seen it before. I really love growing Mitrophyllum and Monilarias. But that Dinteranthus is definitely a summer grower

I think the whole point of having good water for seedlings is that is sterile. RO, distilled, or properly filtered water is sterile.
Tap water has the potential (or always) to have algae, bacteria, fungus

I don't use any tap water, only filtered water we buy at a water store for 25 cents a gallon. All spray bottles should be sterilized and only be used with the filtered water.
