Is your turbinicarpus actually this ? Turbinicarpus pseudomacrochele ssp. krainzianus ? I thought Turbinicarpus pseudomacrochele had open spines and pink flowers ? your M. theresae is outstanding. this is another difficult plant for me from seed and after. here's mine in Phoenix doing OK BUT hasn't flowered much since I've moved back to Moorpark. M. deherdtiana one of my old timers that didn't survive Phoenix AZ , too hot I guess ? yours look great. I've killed allot of cactus over the years come to think of it. oh well I have a small one hope I can get it up to the size of my original plant.

Mammillaria herrerea from 2012 now out with mature cactus same sunlight , etc. My own seeds which are not easy to get requires steady hand, tweezers and 4X magnifier.

End of Summer

Been very hot here in S. CA. Cactus are all growing now just like the end of monsoon season in the desert where they are from. Lost a few cactus and germinated a few more 2015.

And here's some seeds that needed no bottom heat, no baggie, didn't even bury them just threw them in the pot with the boojum tree and left it outside.
