Heres some mammillaria I found south of San Quintin on the road to la Lobera in Baja California. Any experts know what they are? For me and I am no expert when you see your stenocactus start to flower I give them a light watering and that’ll hold them over for another month. After that should be good to start a 7-10 day watering schedule It depends on the conditions, I go through 2-weeks intervals first. I can see it is stil...

Out in the garden today cleaning up some plants and looking for bugs I decided to cleans up these mammillaria fraileana. This has always been a plant I liked since it’s from Baja.
