Well Bruno, that is a wonderful collection and very well cared for. I noticed in your first pic of Opuntia that your neighbor across the way also has a lot of plants but I couldn't tell what kind they are.
Maybe we all need to get together and have a tour of Italian cacti places!

Benji, that plant is a Tephrocactus cutting, which comes with the (likely wrong) name O. strobiliformis, here is a close up of the joint (which detach quite easily)
Bill, geraniums cultivars are quite popular here in rome, but also Agave, Opuntiae and Echinopsis are often grown outside. As for visiting italian cacti places, just let me know when you are coming and I' ll organize something for you
