Flowering problem

When i repotted my chamaecerus which already had 2 buds on it, It flowered twice. bout 3 months ago repotted my bros his had 3 buds and only one flowered why arent the other bud opening?

Hi Spikey-

Trnsplant shock, probably. Sometimes plants redirect their energies to roots or just go dormant for a while after being repotted, so it's better not to transplant until flowering is over or has not yet begun.
