I have this one as Polaskia chipipe. Last winter I was to late putting this one safe inside and it had frostdamage. This season I used to see if there was life and there is, as you can see. What's your advice: cut the top off and see if it wants to make some new stems or leave it like this and see what becomes of it. And if I cut off: now or after this coming winter? Hi Harry, if the plant was mine I would behead it and hope to get some new side growths, but I definitely would not do it now. Wait until late spring of next year.
i will only interfere if that black thing appears spreading because polaskia are real tough plants. they all have servived all my heavy monsoon[ about 300 plants am talking about]no problem waiting a while.
