Well, it's differs a little, but the one just above, for instance, was grafted 2009-11-14 and de-grafed 2010-12-10. That makes it 13 months :)

Hi Christer nice plants -but really strange looking substrate , What is it?, Is it wet or dry ?

Well, the toping is dry stone normally used for decoration in aquariums :lol:
I use it so I very easy can tell what plant is de-grafed and should not have as much water then the rest. But this gravel is expensive :x

Ahh aquarium sand 8) . The Thelocaphala fankhauseri looks especially nice!
The degrafted plants often keep on growing stronger than their brothers and sisters on their own roots don´t they?
So we are waiting for flowering specimen from you next summer :D

Yes, I like it as well. I have another bigger one that I wait for some roots on 8)

Well, it take some time for them to get really big roots, but they may never get a taproot :roll:
So we are waiting for flowering specimen from you next summer :D


Some of the species that I de-grafted has already flowered, so I keep my fingers crossed :wink:
