If the plant is otherwise healthy I would not worry about it, unless you just like your plants to be straight up and down. I wonder if it was growing toward or away from the sun?
It’s not the fall that kills you; it’s the sudden stop at the end.

It's either warasii or magnifica but your plant doesn't seem to have the blueish flesh of the magnifica. I don't think it's misidentified but i'm no expert.
My P.warasii also grows tilted. If you grow it on a windowsill, it's probably trying to reach the light, and there's not much you can do.

Did it just tilt over one day or has it been like that all along? The pictures are a little blurry so I can't see the base that clearly. If it suddenly fell over it could be rot. If it has always been like that then it is just how it is growing. If you want to make it straight you should repot it, probably in a bit bigger pot. Basically orient the stem upright and let the roots go into the pot crooked.

I agree with everyone so far. As long as its not loose in the pot (roots rotted off) its normal, especially one growing in a window, for them to grow like this.
I have Parodia magnifica, rutilans, warasii and leninghausii all in the ground and even in full sun they all tilt a bit towards the sun.
