I don't know the name, but that elaborate scaffold supporting the plant erect is superb . :D

Looks like one that is growing from seed. I wanted to say O. monocantha but I don't think that's it...

However, what I would like to say is...

Reminds me of the Opuntia stricta seedlings I see growing wild here. California coastal prickly pear looks similar also. Look those up and see if they help you.
