Got any suggestions on cacti that are suitable to be outside in zone 8b Georgia?

Ask MJPapay (from NC) & add another 30 - 40 species!
Once bitten by the cactus collecting/growing bug, there is no known cure!

a lot of what works in (9B would work in 8A. Echinocereus, Opuntia, and a few more, but yeah I would talk to MJPapay, he grows some awesome plants in the snow and ice.
