The flowers are an entirely different shape. There might be two plants underneath, or perhaps some weird combination.

or it's a graft and both rootstock and graft are flowering (as unlikely as the next option

it's two plants
a bigger one in front with the larger flowers, and a smaller one inback with smaller flowers. The large one is a darker colored body.
