Two Opuntias for ID please

I've planted these two into the ground in my back garden and both are flowering. Can you please ID them for me.

Second one looks like Brasiliopuntia. Does it develop a trunk?

For no.2 I say Opuntia monacantha.
Eileen can you show more photos of both plants. Habit (plant entirely) and more details of various pads ...

Yeah, I'd say Opuntia monacantha for the second one too. The first one needs a more general shot.
