Pretty plant! Definitely not A. potatorum though, more likely an A. isthmensis cultivar. This variegate is widely known as A. 'Kissho Kan'
Agave
"American aloe plant," 1797, from Greek Agaue, proper name in mythology (mother of Pentheus), from agauos "noble," perhaps from agasthai "wonder at".

Apologies. Thanks for setting me -- and the rest of the world -- straight. 'LittleStar'? Cere0usly? What are you nine years old?
For the rest of you folks, Agave 'Kichiokan' is quite similar to the plant pictured, but is not variegated. The variegate is called A. 'Kissho Kan'. And A. potatorum is an unrelated mid-sized (3') solitary Agave. Floral characteristics of A. 'Kissho Kan' and A. 'Kichiokan' are quite distinct from A. potatorum, and most closely resemble A. isthmensis. Check Greg Starr's Agaves - Living sculptures for landscapes and containers, or http://www.agaveville.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for additional details.
Here is another example of the same cultivar in a 14" container:
