Any idea what age the plants have to bee before blooming? Or is it size that counts here? :wink:

Arrojadoa are usually propagated via cuttings which readily strike root. 9" or so cuttings rooted in the spring will usually produce cephaliums and flowers in autumn.

That´s very useful information, James, and maybe another proof that many cacti bring their age with them in the cutting. I have two seedlings of A. rhodantha, one year old, that´s why I´m asking :) Next time I go for a cutting I think, if I found one that is :roll:
