Hello from Sevilla, Spain

Post by Astrophyto »

Hello, I´m Jorge from Sevilla, Spain. I´m a Cactus lover since i remenber... I have a small collection, already 40 or so cactus and succulents, and none of them very rare (no ariocarpus, kabutos etc in my collection [-X ). However, for me every cactus is special and beautiful itself.

The genus i like more it is astrophytum, i have one asterias, one capricorne, two ornatum and one miryostigma. For next spring i´m planning to get some asterias seeds to increase my collection :)

I also like photography so i´ll be sharing some of them with you next days. I want to add some of today to my first post:

And of course, my apologies for my english...

Thanks for reading me!!

- Any rain in summer, but Fall, Winter and Spring can we sometimes very wet. Max rain ever in a month 300mm (November 1996)
- Extremely long and hot summers, 40ºC are normal. Max temp ever 47ºC and an old record of 50ªc (discussed because the location of the old weather station).
