Need help with Cactus ID
Need help with Cactus ID
Hello everyone. I recently purchased an unknown species of cactus from a local store and have been unable to ID it even after visiting the site of the original nursery it comes from: Plainview Growers. If you guys have any ideas as to what it might be, I'd love to hear from you. I have included a pic of the plant in question. Thank you.

Perhaps Pachycereus pringlei?
Re: Need help with Cactus ID
That could be. If so, I'll have to make more room for it...eventually.

Sounds good. At least there's agreement on what it is.

Re: Need help with Cactus ID
Is the Plainview Growers from New Jersey? They are located really close to my home. And they do grow cacti and succulents as well as Phalaenopsis orchids.
I'm just curious how they got so far west. I've seen their trucks in New Hampshire, in the Boston suburbs, but didn't think they went that far west.

I believe they are from New Jersey, at least they are the ones I contacted as to what species this is. Not sure how they got out here, but I did buy the cactus at a local grocery store with a regional reach.
