If I can remember what I took.
Harissia justbertii because I have been wanting one for a long time.
Harissia simpsonii because it is a Florida native.
Ferocactus something Been wanting this one.
Unidentified Echinopsis. Would like to know what kind it was.
Cylindropuntia californica
Espostoa
Ric Rac.
Rhipsalis
Agave.
Took the last 4 plants because they would not fit back in. I put it a bunch more than I took. The Espostoa turned to mold. Just got wierd and had mold grow out like crazy and the Agave just kept shriveling up and all the yellow clean tissue parts turned brown already.
Can't remember all I put in but I know a few.
Thelocactus
parodia
Opuntia robusta monstrosa (My pet project)
Consolea corallicola
Echinopsis pachanoi
red flowering echinopsis hybrid
and some other things.

Awww... I wish I had read the posts earlier before I sent the box! ](*,) Sorry!

I did take photos as I opened the package and what I took out/put in. I'll try and get them up after the weekend.

Again, thanks for doing this Alvin! It was a great idea! I had fun!

Melocactus azureus, Mammillaria nivosa, Mammillaria microcarpa, Leuchtenbergia principis, I pick these for my greenhouse.

Martenfisher, the Espostoa I put in came from a plant that always look shriveled. I don't see how it could have had mold. For the agave, those roots always looked brown. It's one of the toughest plants I have. :-k

It was probably not the plants themselves that were the problem but going from your Pacific climate to the gulf coast humidity. We have lots of active diseases right now and for molds and stuff like that it is prime. The esposta after a couple days grew a bread looking mold and the base got soft and mushy. The agave I am not talking about the roots but the meat of the plant. It turned brown and smelled like vineger. I did not even water them at all to have over watered them.

Forgot to post what I took from the box:
- a nice cutting of Lepismium cruciforme - a new genus for me, and I hope it will like AZ weather!
- Lobivia sp. - will be fun to see what the flower looks like (at least I hope it flowers some day!) and possibly eventually identify it!

Great fun! Thanks for putting it together!
Cheers,
Tristan

May i make a suggestion?
I used to run many group buys on my car forum and while the numbers of members to join in was more than these round robins, i think my suggestion may still help.

The person who starts the new RR thread starts a participation list within the first post. As the thread grows and others want to join in, the OP monitors the thread and edits the original first post with an updated list in the order they posted to join in. Make sense? Then everybody can reference the list and there is no confusion as to who sends to who.

That sound like a good idea. I just seems to create work for the OP.

Sorry for the late response, however here is the box as I received it:

Image

I decided to take the following plants:

Consolea corallicola
Parodia leninghausii
Thelocactus hexaedrophorus
Tephrocactus weberi (If I remember right)
Coleocephalocereus goebelianus

And I think that's all.

I replaced those with six more plants and packed everything up again. It was a tight fit!

This sure was a lot of fun! 8)

Would of loved to be part of something like that but Australian customs would likely of had a coronary if that box came around!
