Everybody else gets to show off their take when they go shopping, so here's mine from the show. I have these cacti species already, but these are alittle bigger and will be good pollen buddies for my other plants.
Ariocarpus scaphirostris

Geohintonii mexicana
Image
Turbinicarpus schmied. V. flaviflorus

And some odd ball bulbs that Bill Hagblom had.
This was our fav. Ornithgalum sardienii

and a baby one of these, Bills plant in the show
Drimia depressa
Image
A curly leaved Albuca circinata X spiralis

And I've been eyeballing these for a while now, its my first Massonia, Massonia pustulata

We replant everything we buy as soon as we bring them home. We dump the soil, check the roots, then spray them with insecticide/fungicide. Then let them dry and replant in our own soil. Even though we tell people that ask, just leave it in the soil you buy em with for a year or so.

Here's what i got:

Cumulopuntia pentlandii
There was 2 and they sat there all 3 days, so i broke down Sunday and took this guy home. It was a bit pricey, but darnit i don't have one!
Image

Eriosyce paucicostata
What a beautiful plant! Tag says seed was sown Sept. 1987, 21 yrs old. With 3 new offsets starting from around the crown!
Image

Image
Image

Grusonia bulbispina
Having the internet on your phone is great when names you don't recognize pop up ;) (labeled as Opuntia bulbispinus)
Image

Pterocactus hickenii
He's a little guy, but will soon grow big and strong.
Image

Tephrocactus molinensis
I have others, but not this nice blue-grey color. Grower said, even in full sun it retains it. Cool!
Image

And our Massonia, almost ready to bloom. The leaves feel exactly like rubber! very thin and flexible, the bottoms are smooth, but the tops have a cheese gratter like feel to them. The colors are great too, reminds me of Opuntias...hrmmm, i shall call him the Succulopuntia 8)
