Gates Club Aloe Walk @ JMCC Jan 2009

Post by CoronaCactus »

Our local club, Gates CSS, had our annual Aloe Walk at JMCC last month. Lots of great Aloes in bloom, some real old/large trees!

Couldn't leave out the spines, lots of cacti pics too 8)

That Euphorbia resinifera clump is awesome. Can I ask what JMCC stands for?

Jurupa Mountains Cultural Center is a" not for profit Family Oriented Learning Facility featuring FUN Programs in
Archaeology, Geology, Paleontology, and Earth Sciences".
And has a heck of alot of nice plants in the ground!(that Euphorbia resinifera is unbelieveable  )
I have bought a few nice rescued as well as nursery grown plants there too. :)

Thanks guys.
Ya, that resinifera clump is quite the specimen. I'd guess it's close to 10-12ft across and stands a good 4-5ft tall.

I like #48 too Bill 8)
