The genus of Argyroderma are a baffling group
They all have very distinctive cup flowers
But there are so many different forms, from small clusters to fat singles
Species names are hard to confirm, so many go as Argyoderma sp.

They don't always flower, and the flowering season for me is from Sept to Feb.. for different species
are they winter growers or summer growers?

I have 4 or 5 forms of Argyroderma fissum
This one has the longest fingers

I do a lot of rooting of cuttings
Some species are easy, some are hard, some are impossible (at least seem impossible)

I've been doing Euphorbia piscidermis cuttings from grafted specimens for years
These ones are growing like gangbusters
Great roots

The Muiria hortensae looks like little eggs with fur. Have yours flowered yet? Looking up the plant on the net, the flowers were very nice .

One flowered in late June, the flowers are small and white
I crossed it with the one Gibbaeum album that flowered this year
Not sure if there are any seeds yet

Here is a plant that I struggle with
but only after replanting, if I keep it in the commercial soil, it thrives

I bought 4 of these Delosperma sphalmanthoides from Home Depot this spring. I still have them in the original 2" pots and commercial peat moss mix. I've soaked them after they've gotten fully dry throughout the summer. Fertilizer maybe every 2 weeks. Eventually I planned on transplanting them. But now that you say you have had better success leaving them as they are, I'm not sure.

Its coming near time to overwinter here in NJ. I was going to keep these in my unheated garage with temps down to maybe neg 5. At least Llifle says they can take that. But it also says they are winter rain growers, which makes me think of keeping them in a heated room under artificial light. But... my goal was to keep them outdoors over winter.

What have you done with these since last posting about them?

They are kind of dormant now, but get watered regularly anyway

I think it depends on the time of the year for repotting
