Nice pics everyone! I just love that agave! That one is so beautiful looking!!!! I got to find one like that!

I will post mine entry when it blooms, but it has not bloomed yet.

I think Chris's Agave shot is awesom, as is the plant itself, I love the colour!

Shame Australia has all those regulations, that Agave makes babies like rabbits. I had seeds, but I think I gave them all away, probably wouldn't make it through to you anyways I guess.

Hi Chris, I do have one in my garden tagged A. parryi var. huachucensis it's a nice plant and has some pups, but it is a dark green colour not the beautiful pale colour yours is.

I liked CP's extension of the "bud" thought to "almost" flower. As noted by Buck, timing was perfect. The sense of impending glory was really well presented.

In fact, I liked his concept so well that I did this image a day after seeing his, but didn't feel that I should steal his idea for the contest :)

I just joined here, missed the contest but wanted to share my first buds this year. The 'today' photo was taken on the 5th. I'm so happy I found people that love cacti like me 8)
