Ok, we finally made our plans :)

Since i have Friday off work for easter, i had to decide between taking off Thursday or Monday...i chose Monday. (not much of a choice, work said Monday or noneday ... lol)

So we'll be there sometime Friday and stay till Monday night. Sales start at 8pm Friday night and go to 12 midnight.

Miles and the other Nurseries will be open on Monday, if anybody else can't make it Thursday.

Darryl/Tim,
Just want to confirm that there are now four of us....then will ping Miles & Aridlands again. Latest info from Miles is that late morning might work best.

BTW, will anyone have a car that day? If not, I'll hire one, but not quite sure of the logistics.

So the nursery trip on the 16th I was proposing is cancelled. It was just too inconvenient for the vendors, most of whom would be unpacking from the conference. Although I'd still dearly love to see Aridlands :(

I'm still returning on the 17th, but certainly won't be staying at the Westin La Paloma that last night. They weren't even willing to extend me the conference rate for that night, and I'm not willing to pay $249 for a hotel room, when I can get one for $75 close to the airport.

There's much cheaper places all over Tucson, too. $249? holy smokes! Tell ya what, stay at our house up here in Tempe and we'll only charge $200. :-)
