Eustace -wait until after the voting ends to say how you voted. That way it won't influence the others.

Wayne,
You are not a silly as you might think. One of the rules is that contestants can't vote.

In this case, we had twice as many entries as usual. There were 21 entries and the most votes we've ever had in a contest was 42. In addition the competition is so close that the votes we get will be spread too thin. That is why an exception was made for this contest.

But do not worry! There will be many more contests to look forward to. So anyone who didn't get in on this one is welcome to join the next one.

Ok it the Poll has officially ended and we have a definate winner!

bunmoh -Parodia leninghausii wins by quite a good number of votes. With no clear second or third place winners.

What a great contest! The biggest turnout yet in both submissions and votes. Well done everyone!

Thanks again Wayne for picking the category. Stay tuned for the next contest category!
