Hoodia grandis (aka Hoodia coleorum).
Add just for fun, this fly was waiting its turn to go and spend time pollination the Stapeliad on my Camera Bag. I quickly snapped 2 pictures before I put my camera away.

Very nice Martin, the flower is very different from H. gordonii!
I have gordoni, macrantha and ruschii, but still quite young and haven't flowered for me yet.
BTW nice fly pic too, love the detail.
