Hi, Ceropegia woodii is normally propaged through the small bulbils that appear along the stems of the plant. I have done it myself many times, but never from seed.
Many of the Euphorbia species need both a male and a female plant to be pollinate the flowers, I am not sure if canariensis is one of this type or not. On the whole Euphorbias pollinate very easily, it is catching the seed, which tend to be ejected some distance out of the ripened pod that tends to be the difficult part.
