adding a wiki

This has worked well on other forums im on. This allows you to create like a wikipedia post after the original post that can be edited by any other member on the forum. It also allows you to see who revised what. This would also help in building and adding to the websites existing knowledge base So list building and other time consuming activities wouldnt be let to one individual , everyone can contribute.
