I knew Opuntia were keen growers, but that took me by surprise, I must admit!

And I agree with both of you, my Mamms are looking great at the moment :) It's gonna feel so weird seeing them all bare again!

Also, welcome the latest members to the family; a pair of Uebelmannia pectinifera :D I've wanted one of these for months, so getting two is fantastic - I spy seedlings! :mrgreen:

nice looking Uebelmannia, not a plant that i have tried yet. they are not the easiest of plants to keep :?

Oh wow - thanks for pointing that out to me! I knew they were supposed to be more difficult than others, but that article helps a lot! :)

I had a U. pectinifera for a while and then someone pointed out that they were difficult to grow and that was the end of it! #-o
All Cacti are succulents, but not all succulents are Cacti
