Midwest cacti shows?

Post by smweaver »

This might be something of a long shot, but does anyone know if there are ever any cacti shows held in the central Midwest? I live in Indianapolis (not exactly cacti heaven) and I'm interested in finding some shows within, say, 70 miles or so, to attend. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am becoming the clearing house for the C&S clubs across the country. When they remember to send me their information, I put it on the CSSA web site. The clubs that have been affiliated with CSSA over the past 10 years are all listed on the CSSA web site. http://www.cssainc.org Go to the home page click on Affiliates and then events. The S&S's are listed in chronological order. It takes some time to go through, but they are there. The other thing you can do is go to the indivdual clubs' web sites and take a look. Even if there is nothing listed for 2011, you can email somone in the club and ask them. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking St Louis or Chicago, but it is possible that Chicago does not do a sale (no info for me anyway). Henry Shaw (St. Louis) has not sent in their form yet. Cincinnati has a club, but I've had nothing from them in 3 years. Columbus' S&S is May 21 & 22
