Is it possible to set up a RSS feed for this site?

This is by far my favorite site and it would be really cool(not to mention convenient) to be able to browse new articles while or when I check my email. I have no idea what is required to make RSS possible for this site, I am just asking if it is possible. Or when I could expect it.
