Are you sure that is a Coryphantha and not a Turbinicarpus? Saueri aggregate perhaps? Not familiar with those, sorry :|

Updated post: With little investigation I found something that looks similar to your picture: Coryphantha gladiispina.

Sonia,

That sure looks pretty close to me although so does Coryphantha durangensis, I'll have to wait and see what the flower looks like, thanks for the help.
