South Florida Cactus and Succulent Society 2012 show

Curious if anyone else is going to try to attend.

I thought it was in West Palm, but its more south

Well you didn't miss much

But the gardens are INSANE nice. Not sure if I should put the gardens in a separate post or not. Will keep them off for now.

One thing that bothered me was the winning Gymno. It was a very large Phanzii but had a HUGE scale infestation. Did not even bother taking a picture. But here is what I have for pics. Sorry some of them are not as crisp as they could be. Only had a Cybershot camera and it was acting up for some reason.

Thanks for the pictures! Seems strange that someone would enter a plant with scale, let alone win with it.
