Purple is reddish tones having a blue content Jens:-

The one I posted? If so, I honestly don't know. They have been popping up at some nurseries around here and I really like them. They don't have full names though, so I really don't know. :-k

I think you've created a monster with this category. The number, quality and extraordinary beauty of all the photos is overwhelming! My eyes are crossing and my head is spinning! (Maja, I bet you're going to make some comment about that!)

This will be an interesting contest because so far virtually every entry is a well composed shot. Many times there are entries that have a beautiful plant but the picture itself isn't as good as it could be so it easy to eliminate from consideration. Not this time!

BTW: great selection of entries so far. It payed off to make the emes of the contest a little wider once in a while (but maybe not all of the times because this might get boring too then?)
