Hi Peter, Beautiful plants.I have a few myself and a couple in spike.i'll post some pics when they're ready.Cant see the phal.and is that dendrobium "pompador"?

Yes, please post some pics! :)
I know this plant only as dendrobium "phalaenopsis" type.
So a 'Dendrobium phalaenopsis' hybrid.
Edit: It is Dendrobium "Sena Red" 8)

These are beautiful Peter :) Nicely photographed too. I have been becoming more interested in Orchids so now I know who to ask if in doubt about anything when I get some. Obviously you and Tony :)

Did somebody say Orchids? I grow a few of those too, but they all stay inside. I suppose they could live outside here all year, but that would mean less space for cacti. I do keep the Cymbidiums outside all year, however -except when they bloom!

Oh, I can't help it :roll: -one more Phalenopsis and I completely forgot dendrobium so here are two.

Sure would like one of those big Cattleyas like Peter has!
