I am looking for long time some seeds of Pachycereus militaris . Do you know where I can obtain it ?

This is a CITES Appendix I species, which means you need certification even to export the seed. So it would be extremely to expensive to get this seed from anywhere except your own country. That in turn means not many people sell it and I don't know anywhere that lists it, in any country. And not many individuals are going to have one of these flowering ;)

Seems like I read somewhere that seeds of this one are hard to come by, and that it is propagated mainly by cuttings...

To make it simple, CITES appendix II restricts international trade in endangered species and covers every cactus, but not their seed.

CITES appendix I more strongly restricts international trade in highly endangered species, including their seed. Ariocarpus, Pediocactus, Sclerocactus, some Turbs, some Escobaria, some Melocactus, and a handful of others are covered.

Individual countries may also enact their own legislation to restrict trade in cacti.
