Two rings of flowers

Have you seen a Mammillaria flower like this before?

The lower ring, which should have flowered last summer, is not complete, You can see two parts of it in the picture.

I had a Parodia once where the growing point was destroyed. It had flowers all over the plant. Unfortunately I did not get a photo of it.

Hi Gunnar,

I don't keep a lot of Mammillarias, but that is a new one on me. Never seen anything quite like that before.
