You are most likely correct with your assumption that your plants are being attacked by a fungus. The concentric rings of the roundish lesions would indicate this. You could try to use a fungicide, such as Bonide 147 (Infuse), Honor Guard (Propiconazole), Fertilome, or Agri-Fos. The first three are systemic and will be translocated throughout the plant tissue, when applied to the watering schedule.
There are also biological fungicides. However, I do not know how well they work.
Here is a listing of those:
Biological Fungicides

Bacteria

Bacillus subtilis ( Brand names: Companion, Cease, Serenade, Rhapsody, Subtilex: used as soil drench, foliar application, seed treatment)

Bacillus pumilus (Brand name: Sonata, suggested for various pathogens on various hosts)
Pseudomonas fluorescens (Blight Ban A506, mostly for fire blight bacterium of apple and pear)

Streptomyces lydicus (Brand name: Actinovate SP for foliar and soil-borne diseases)

Streptomyces griseoviridis (Brand name: Mycostop: field, ornamental, & vegetable crops)

Metschnikowa fructicola (Brand name: Shemer, biofungicide for various crops)

Fungi

Ampellomyces quisqualis (Brand name: Ecogen, used for powdery mildews)

Trichoderma harzianum (Brand name: Plantshield, Rootshield, for trees, shrubs, transplants & ornamentals)

Trichoderma asperellum/T. gamsii (Brand name: Remedier, biofungicide)

Gliocladium virescens (Brand name: Soilgard, for ornamental and food crops)

Biologicals

Reynoutria sachalinensis (Brand name: Reglia SC, Milsana: for fungal and bacterial (giant knotweed) diseases, mainly powdery mildews and gray mold)

Thyme oil (Brand name: Promax, Proud-3: for soil-borne fungi and nematodes)

Sesame oil (Brand name: Organocide, for fungal disease and insect control)

Well, it looks like my copy and paste did not work out too well. However, all the information is present.

Harald

P.S.: I would at first separate all the diseased plants from the still healthy ones. This will help in preventing the latter from getting infected too.
The fungal spores are easily released into the environment, especially if there is substantial air movement or water splashing problem.

Fungicides won't cure the existing infections, they are preventive only. Cutting off the infected part is the only way to save a plant that's already got it - then treat it with fungicide, along with those not yet infected.

Actually a systemic fungicide can kill the fungus. You'll know it's working when the fungus starts to turn a light tan color.
