Thank you, I sowed the seed about three years ago and there's ten plants in this pot so I'll probably do some thinning this summer.

I have one of these. I would grow and rot back. Last summer it got down to one stem, but it's been making a comeback! Hopefully it will look as nice as your someday.

Hello toadstar,
what species of Gymnocalycium is that. The flower color is that of G. bruchii, but the stem does look different.

Hi, I'm not entirely certain. I sowed it from a mixed seed packet that I bought at cactusstore.com a few years ago. Your guess would be better than mine. :-k
