Tasmania, that's the bit at the bottom of Australia. I stumbled upon CactiGuide and was blown away by it. Looking forward to gaining more knowledge and skills regarding the care of my little collection. When I say little, I mean little. I think I have purchased all the varieties of cacti you can in Tasmania. Tassie has strict quarantine regulations and many nurseries on the Mainland don't send to here. Annoyingly the wife is very happy with this situation.
Ouch!

Welcome! Good luck with acquiring new plants, or make do with what you have!
A cactus and succulent collector who especially likes Ariocarpus. …Though I have a bit of everything! Want some pictures? See my flickr! I also do art and such.
Re: Hello from Tasmania
You need a carrier pigeon to smuggle cacti seeds over from the Mainland .
