Some cacti were in flower yesterday afternoon. I think they received stronger sunlight because of removed shade clothes.

Some places in Australia have experienced flood but I need rain. I use rainwater for cacti 100%. Total rainfall in February was nil and March was just 3 mm. Two 800L rainwater tanks are installed for the large greenhouse but remained water is not so much. I have a 3000L rainwater tank for geneal gardening purpose. I started to use waster of the tank for cacti from yesterday.

The photo is two 800L raiwater tanks for the large greenhouse.

Some ariocarpus fissuretus cv godzillas were in flower in this afternoon. My friend gave me some seeds and I sowed in 2017. Since this species was new for me, seedlings were grafted and degrafted two years later. All cacti on photos are degrafted ones.

Cacti on photo1 to photo 3 are in 12.5 cm square pots and all others are in 9.5 cm square pots.

G'morning ossy96,

Unfortunately I lost a large miracle, 20 cm in diameter last spring. The curren largest one is a super kabuto, 17 cm in diameter. The photo is attached for your information.

Yamamoto kabuto is a large asterias developed by Mr Yamamoto. I have never seen Yamamoto kabuto both of actual and photo.
An other large asterias is Suguri Calles kabuto which is used for making large asterias.

I saw a photo of Suguri Calles kabuto x Yamamoto kabuto on the Instagram. The appearence was similar to a standard asterias.

Ariocarpus fissuratus v intermedius were in flower.
1st photo is the original one in my place. I bought seeds and sowed in 2003. Unfortunately just one has survived. All others are offsprings.

Some ariocarpus fissuratus f Big Bend were in flower.

Photo 1 to photo 3 are original ones in my place. I bought seeds and sowed in 2003. Seedlings were grafted to harvest seeds earlier by my self but they were degrafted after harvested seeds. These cacti were in flower multiple times in this season.

All others are offsprings and they have never been grafted.
