Yes, I live in the south, totally tropical, like Africa.

I saw several video and article, other cactus seeds germinated well. So soil or climate is not problem. I think the seeds are too old.

I visit the Mesa, but the postage is so high, $14+4 from US to Vietnam.

But seeds are cheap, and the postage should be low too. Maybe you are in luck and there are seeds left of the list that was published in December.
