New here! Hello to everyone!
Hello! I’m gabriela, 41, Brazilian living in Sweden for many years now. Lived in USA and Canada. Miss the sun and my plants, and have struggled here to keep my mesembs alive. Cheers!

I can't imagine living anywhere other thany sunny country. Welcome to the forum!
There are more cacti in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.

Just a little late but welcome, välkommen! Nice to know there is another person in this forum living pretty close to me Neighboring country. It is pretty hard keeping plants such cacti alive in a dark country, isn't it So much artificial light is needed during winter.
May I ask, for all places, how did you end up living in Sweden?

Hello Gabriela,
welcome to the CactiGuide cactus and succulent forum. Well, you did just the opposite of what I accomplished! I moved from northern Germany to the desert city of El Paso, Texas. You are in Sweden even further north and will most likely need a nice south-facing windowsill and in winter artificial illumination to keep your plants looking healthy.
