At this point you have nothing to lose, only gains...gradually expose them to sun and let them figure things out for themselves.
They look fine.

Expose them to the sun gradually, to avoid sunburn. They look perfectly healthy to me.

I concur... gradual exposure to the sun. The new growth looks to be in excellent shape. If they're not in pots and you have to put them in dirt make sure that the soil that you put them in is indeed a high mineral content fast-draining mixture. You don't want their roots to rot.

Growing like weeds - looks like they need stronger light, though.

Re: I dont know if they are sick.
Are you growing this pant indoors? If so, I also would suggest, that it receive more light. The tops of the stems are too pointy, which is the result of not enough light available to the plant. This leads to a condition of unnatural, weak growth known as etiolation. Your plant should be stocky and compact, with a diameter about the same at the top as further down the stem.
If you do grow this plant indoors, you can increase the light intensity without the plant being sunburned. If the plant is outdoors, you could start to place it in semi-shade (filtered light) and slowly acclimatize it to more light. Because I do not know the scientific name of your cactus, I cannot tell, if this plant may be placed in full sun light or not. There are some cacti of the "desert group", which do not like being exposed to the full brunt of the sun, but will do fine growing underneath a tree that does not produce too much shade.
With a plant in a pot, you do have much more control over the growing conditions of your cactus and It should not be too difficult to find a good place for it. I assume, that you do not live in a place like the one I reside at. At 4000 ft above sea level and living in a desert, I always have to be very careful about plants that have freshly arrived from a greenhouse or were kept indoors.

They were in boxes for at least one and a half week so I had gradually exposing them to the light. Now they are totally adapted and i hope they start growing better.
Re: I dont know if they are sick.
UPDATE: Here is how they look 2 of them now. Two of them died. I have to put them in a better soil, I know.

Removing old soil is already hard as it is. Letting them grow in the bad soil will allow them to develop more roots and it will be much harder to repot. The sooner you do it the better
